Oryx Loot Drops Are Trash
i had over 20 moldering shards, popped a 3 of coins, & only got 2 moldering shards from oryx when i beat him. 2nd time in a row. im losing sleep over this game so i feel as though i should be rewarded lol. but no seriously, this raid isnt easy & i met the requirements for more loot so why am i nlt recieving them? fix this bungie.

5 RepliesYou arrent receiving loot for the simple fact that you arrent rolling the right numbers in a Rng based game. Thats it. Dont use a coin for oryx himself, does not work because the loot doesent drop from his body but from a chest. (Does work on the echo inside the bubble) The shards, give a extra chance on loot. You exchange 20 shards for an extra roll, so if you receive 1 items it either one of these options. 1: You received 0 loot from Oryx, but 1 from the shard roll. 2 You received 1 loot from Oryx, and 0 from the chest. I myself had twice 3 items, same items on my 2 titans the helm, chest and primary. Rng issent broken.. Its just weird sometimes.

The loot drops in hard mode still trash when challenge mode drops I hope they fix it

1 ReplyI totally agree that this method is ..... Why bother spending the time to loot chests and bosses only drops shards when all they turn into is -18 shards in the end. I read the post about giving you an extra roll for loot. But why does it have to be a roll where it gives you the possibility of getting nothing? Ever going to a store and ask, what can with 100 coins? and their response is 'you can have a buy 1 get 1 free. Or you have the same chance of getting nothing at all. Mind you, you can only use these coins at this particular store. Makes no sense to me. No sense at all.

2 RepliesJust happened to me tonight too. It's definitely broken, not even a matter of complaining. Just broken. Can't argue with facts. "Extra rewards [b][u]will[/u][/b] be granted when defeating Oryx in the King's Fall Raid with at least 20 of these." Broken.

Lol i dont feel you but my friend does! Oryx took 40 shards from him yet i get (and this is from multiple tries) a y2 310 suros, the hunter helmet, the ghost, the pulse rifle, the hand cannon, the hand cannon again, and the auto rifle. What does my friend get? Literally NOTHING! The RNG in this game can be pretty dumb, also please dont take this as a bragging post!!!

1 ReplyBeat everything on first go (except oryx glitches so we did it on 2nd) tonight and I got 2 boots on top of the one I already have a bond which I already own and a crap shotgun I used a three of coins on warpriest and got 2moldering shards..,nothing else the rewards are dank

I heard about this, honestly I am unsure what is going on and I haven't had time to finish the raid myself ( On the wizard's, however work got in the way ( as well as collage ( two jobs and collage XD)) However I will let you know if I get anything if I can find this post again ( sometime Friday night) However rumor has it that it is indeed bugged, if its true hopefully bungie fixs it and the overall drops of the raid ( I only got on item so far which is fine, but it has 300 light which makes it irrelevant. I feel it should always drop at the highest light level.) Anyway, I will get back to you Friday with results if I find time.
