Vex are easy at the citadel in Venus. Fallen are a probably the hardest to find, I dont have any easy places for that. Hive, go to earth and there's a basement/bunker that have 3 hollowed hive in there

Istar Sink. The two spots were the fallen get dropped in. Always at least two majors on the bottom drop and usually one or two at the one on top of the hill. Then there is usually a major dreg in the water in the area immediately to the left when you enter the sink from the fallen side. Equip a rocket launcher and kill the fallen on the ships before they drop then run to the dreg in the back, kill him. Rinse and repeat. SHould have ten in two to three rounds. If you also have vex majors, 3 to four usually spawn on the vex side of the area.
