I worked on that quest line for two weeks and then did the weekly bounties, it just so happens that I got the knucklehead radar... Ten minutes after I got it from xur's engram, thanks lord shaxx

No I just found out there were 10

You only need to do shaxx ones but make sure you have all 5/6 at once so that the last one ticks off the completed bounties
