I think random weapon rolls is a funner and more exciting mechanic. Being ultimately somewhat more balanced. Don't get me wrong, I like the idea of re-rolling weapons but I'm perfectly fine with the old way of getting randomly rolled perks. Too bad they removed it from Iron Banner weapons.
