Best place to farm fallen captains...

4 RepliesIn the mothyards where that canyon entrance is towards the forgotten shore....to the left is the way to skywatch but to the right there's a plane wing slanted towards that cave. There's usually a captain and a dreg in there. The best part is you only need to take a few steps along the cliff outside the cave for him to respawn. I finish that test sniper rifle in no time. Or you could just bounce back and forth between the cave and the one o the way to skywatch. Sometimes a shank spawns in the cave instead but 95% of the time it's a captain

Run around earth, kill shit, its not that hard.

The one near the entrance to the sky watch in the moth yards, then sorrow to the forgotten shore and kill the two there (one is the wrecked ship and one in the base leading to rasputins bunker). Sparrow back to the moth yards, repeat.

rigt before going to the skywatch there is captain in the little room. kill it, run to skywatch go back, repeat

For revere ones the best place is the ember caves on Venus. For regular ones I would say the forgotten shores

Forgotten shore. Rotate between one on wrecked ship and one entering Rasputin's bunker. Spawn quickly.

9 RepliesTop hill near skywatch entrance. Kill the captain + two vandals with him, then head to the cave right around the corner and kill the captain + two dregs with him. Rinse, wash, repeat

Venus, entrance to the caves, up on the platform. Make circles around that area, get ten in about 15 minutes.

Mothyard cave and road up on top of the hill or forgotten shore boat and bunker entrance

The easiest one is in Mothyards, plane wing/ramp going up to cave to the far right when you enter from Steppes. Jump up kill captain, and other dreg, jump back down onto wing, repeat as soon as you jump back down they will spawn, no need to go very far at all. Sometimes a dreg and shank spawn there though.

Go to the moon. As soon as you spawn, go up the hill and hug the wall in front of you and go right. Head to the place where the wolves spawn. I believe the place is called Anchors light.

Moth yard cave but you have to jump down and then go back. Easy as pie.

Moth yards on earth and the captain is a one shot head shot with the gunsmith sniper. Just hang back far from him and snipe his head as he spawns. Takes less than 5 minutes.

1 ReplyWhenever the gunsmith weapon test for fallen captains come out I always go to one place. For whoever doesn't know major captains (yellow bar) don't count towards these. Anyway I load up the scourge of winter story mission on venus and after the part where you kill the kell's guard there's a cliff where you can get a clear sniper shot on a captain after you snipe him or whatever just jump off the edge and repeat

Cosmodrome mothyards. The cave in the cliff behind the airplane (second airplane?) on the right. Go in, shoot captain and dreg, walk out, and seconds later, the captain is there again.

Good place would be on Venus. When you down in on patrol go to the left to the Cinder Caves. Once you've entered the area a yellow bar fallen captain spawns up on the platform to the left (entrance to Archon Priest strike). That's where I did mine.

Venus in the place where the fallen and vex are always fighting. Can't remember the name but you get there by going through the Academy. One Captain keeps spawning and when a war breaks out lots do.

Earth. As you enter skywatch. Then to forgotten shores for 2 more captains (1 on the ship, 1 above Rasputin's bunker). Rinse and repeat.
