Based purely on the stats of the Guns:
(Add RoF, Impact, Range, Stability, Reload Speed, Base Mag size and Aim Assist)
1. Boolean Gemini (361)
2/3. Dead Orbit Hung Jury (359 - Hand Laid Stock / 342 - Extended Mag)
3/2. Jade Rabbit (353)
4. Not Like the Others (337)
5. Tuonela SR4: (335)
6. Suros DIS-43: (329)
7. Cocytus SR4 (313)
8. Tlaloc (311)
8. Treads Upon Stars (311)
10. Touch of Malice (293)
11. Last Extremity (286)
As I said, these ranking are based purely on stats, not perks. Tlaloc gets better stats IF you have a fully charged super, Jade Rabbit can have nearly infinite ammo, etc, etc.
I've got a Boolean Gemini, DO Hung Jury, Tuonela & Not Like the Others at the moment. I'll get Tlaloc on Armsday. But imo, DO Hung Jury is hard to beat if you want to have an exotic equipped in another slot.

Base purely on experience, Boolean Gemini is way too slow for Crucible, and lags behind hung jury in PvE the likelihood of lining that second shot (unless the other player is a noob or preoccupied) nil: they'll escape 9 times out of 10. Like that quarterback Drunkenmiller back in the day, a rocket for an arm, but if your passes are never completed, what's the use?

I really like your idea of factoring in the total numbers of its stats like that, I may start using this on all my weapons. A few other points: [b]1.[/b] You factored perks into the stats when looking at Hung Jury, without those perks it is 338, putting it behind Boolean and Jade Rabbit [b]2.[/b] Suros DIS-43 is actually at 335 and the Suros DIS-47 is at 340 (actually higher than Hung Jury) [b]3.[/b] The trials scout rifle is at 326 [b]4.[/b] The raid scout rifle is at 305 [b]5.[/b] And just for fun, if you are including all scout rifles that are usable in crucible the MIDA Multi-Tool adds up to 397, and its rate of fire is slightly faster then it's stat suggests due to the hair trigger firing. #BringMIDABack And the the Vision of Confulence is at 354 And just as a question by nearly infinite ammo with Jade Rabbit are you meaning the speed reload and spray and play combo?
