Dude why would you lie when we can view your activity. It said you did 6 patrols before you went into a "classified"event. Same as the other guy who got that hunter chest plate as well. You guys are hiding something.

As far as I know that classified event is the faction specific mission. It gives you an exotic class item. I've done almost every quest man, I'm honestly just giving this guy the benefit of the doubt at this point. Besides he got twilight garrison long before he ran that classified.

I could understand him not telling people outright, maybe making them work a little bit. But he has just most likely lied that he got it from an engram and not said anything else to hint towards it.

Alpha Lupi is the only Titan chest to drop from Engrams. I will figure out the Quest, swear by it. Then I will reveal it. OP is just a major fgt.

Perhaps you did one of those Taken patrols, ended up with a random Taken Ultra boss, and so happened to have activated 3 of coins.... WHAT IF some exotic armor pieces can only dropped by certain bosses (like Strike specific loot)... That way, the OP might not have lied, and yet it's not as simple as "just got it from an Engram". I doubt it's a bug. If it was, Deej would have said so, like the 310 Black Spindle affair. Oh well, I don't have time for my Titan anymore, who cares lol
