Well, to answer your question, there are several things you need to do here first. What console are you on. Xbox360, Xbone, PS3 or 4 ? Tell people more about you wants and needs. Look and shop the Groups and Clans that message you here. Then click one and Join. There might be an application or approval process. After you join a group, there might be another approval step for clan. To "Set as your Clan " There will be a link with that phrase at top of clan webpage here on Bungie.net. You con not see the link if you are on the mobile app or have already joined a clan. Good luck.
