How did you get your Chatter White?
My friend is dying for Chatter White? I personally got it from Xur....
Edit1: a lot of you guys are saying VOG. Is that some type of crucible playlist or something?

Guys my friend finally got it!!!! He killed a level 6 dregs and an exotic engram dropped and he got chatter white!!!!! Keep up the stories!!!!! If we're lucky we might get another!!!!
