I pegged one in the dome with a sniper shot.
Didn't even break through his shield.

Admittedly, it was No Land Beyond. That was my problem there, but I am used to it dropping most targets that lack an over shield in one blow. Maybe if you've been in the gym shower and see another dude packing way more than you? Kind of what that felt like.
