No loot drops from bosses or chests in kings fall raid
I haven't ran the raid this week and I didn't get a single thing from killing golgoroth, then I opened the chest during the jump puzzle and nothing happened, then I killed the sisters and didn't get a single thing. Is there a way to email about this problem? I spent 6 hours raiding and got absolutely nothing for it, not even an engram...

You only have one character. But you've ran the raid three times on that character this week. You only get loot once. You ran it last Tuesday, then on Saturday then again on Sunday. This is why you didn't get loot for your most recent run.
