Accidentally got into seraphim vault during Promethean code heroic
Went into the heroic version and back-tracked, died while jumping in a spot just after a vault, with all the cylinders to the right. Spawned in there...

6 RepliesI was just doing that it's not a glitch there's a secret room under the middle of the room but no one can get in. Also notice the 3 orange glowing pillars on the sides of the room. That's the ONLY time they are ever there. In this glitch
