-
4 RepliesIt's confirmed, hunters are French.
-
11 RepliesDidn't hunters realize it was a losing battle, so they decided "Hey, let's think tactically, we could all die and humanity could be ruined, again, or some of us can defend the civilians on the front lines while others orchestrate evacuation proceedings and keep them safe" Then, when the Titans and warlocks were almost broken, ya know, overwhelmed and dead, Boom, here come the Hunters. If memory serves right, the tip of the spear was one Ana Bray, and her Wolfpack. The last garrison of Hunter troops, added with the Queen's destruction of the house of wolves (I use destruction lightly), allowed Twilight Gap to be classified as a "victory" In the end, it wasn't hunters who turned the tide at twilight gap, or Titans or even warlocks. It was the Light.

9 RepliesEdited by Bring Back SRL You Cowards: 10/4/2015 6:32:32 AMWell first we gotta talk about the actual battle. The sneaky House of Kings deceived the Houses of Winter and Devils to join forces and to mount a charge against the Last City with the House of Devils leading the assault. Their goal was to take the Traveler. The House of Wolves would've joined and with their help, the Fallen might've won, but the House of Wolves were already in a battle with the Awoken at the Reef. Ana Bray, a Hunter, and her fireteam (unknown who was in it) were the first ones to report the incoming assault and she and her team remained present in the battle. Hundreds of Fallen Walker Tanks were locked in a thunderous cannonade with the City's gun positions on the Wall at the Twilight Gap. The Titans combined with the Warlock's magics tried to break the Fallen line. The exotic machine gun Thunderlord proves itself here at this battle. Unfortunately, the Guardians participating in the battle were still weary and unprepared from the Battle of Six Fronts. The defense of the Wall was led by Lord Saladin Forge and his protegees, Shaxx and Zavala. Eventually the Fallen managed to overrun parts of the City. Zavala and Saladin gave the Titans the order of holding their ground, as always is the last order given to Titans. Shaxx, however, used this as a opportunity for a counterattack, and, with his squadron of battle frames, drove the Fallen out and away from the City. Because of Shaxx's disobedience, the relationship between Saladin and Shaxx is strained. The Gap is now largely deserted, the armor of slain Guardians still rusting. The famous rocket launcher Gjallahorn is forged from the armor of said fallen Guardians. Lord Shaxx, with his last surviving battle frame Arcite 99-40, now run the Crucible, to forge champions and prepare Guardians for another epic and brutal battle. So sure, Hunters were not largely present during the battle, but that's because Hunters don't stay in the City long anyways. They're always out beyond the Walls, acting as scouts. So when a large invasion is approaching, the Hunters are the first to know.

2 RepliesThey were too busy crying for nerfs.
-
Hunters never retreat, maybe they advance in the opposite direction, all tactical strategies mate
-
1 ReplyAs a Dead Orbit Hunter I have nothing to say. I'd rather abandon the battle and live to fight another day. It became a Crucible map anyways, why should I have protected such a pointless installation?
-
Each class played their part during the battle

2 RepliesEdited by CulinaryRdawg : 10/4/2015 6:51:38 AMIf Jaren Ward, Shin Malphur, and Dredgen Yor had answered the call back to Twilight Gap, it would have been a much different story. Those were two legendary Hunters if there ever were some.
-
2 RepliesHunters be like "NOOOO were not total b*tch pussies we tooooootally saved the day from the warlocks and titans!!!!"
-
I just love troll posts

14 RepliesAlpha lupi was on the front line and she was a hunter. She has a cloak that's sold by the speaker. Hunters actually warned the city, most hunters were in the wild collection data for warlocks. The few hunters stayed, the few who warned stayed. The others mist likely couldn't be reached. You don't know how to read.
-
Not even they all just went Invis at the same time.
-
3 RepliesThe majority of Hunters were in the fields. Unable to be contacted and those that were, either would've arrived after the battle had ended, or rushed to the fight. Ana Bray is the case closer, her and her Wolfpack. However, while Titans defended the gates to the City (Hence the six fronts) Warlocks smashed the line of advancing Fallen. Hunters, were separated into multiple groups. Some were preparing for the worst, evacuating civilians Others were fighting amongst the Warlocks. However the key few, were amongst the chaos, doing what they do best. Being sneaky Bastards. It was key Hunters who assassinated Fallen officers, commanders etc. Breaking the Fallen chain of Command and sending ranks into disorderly chaos.
-
7 RepliesIf you actually read, you'd realized that most hunters were broken up into groups and sent to sneakily kill fallen commanders to throw the fallen ranks into choas. Once a fallen groups commander is gone the rest usually falls apart
-
4 RepliesWho would have guessed? I bet after the Hunters ask for a Nerf!
-
2 RepliesI remember reading the hunters lead the humans out safely from the city. So yknow, they were just saving lives.
-
6 RepliesI didn't run off...I was following the lead of brave Sir Robin.
-
-
7 RepliesWhat card says so? As far as I know hunters were the ones fighting outside the walls and Titans were the ones defending the walls (no idea what the Locks did)
-
3 RepliesEdited by BrianTheGreat29: 10/4/2015 5:46:58 AMDidn't ana stay behind.
I dont know her full name but it was a group of hunters that fought in the battle of twilight gap.
3 RepliesThey didn't retreat
they advanced in the other direction
