This is entirely your opinion. Based on pvp or PVE, it doesn't matter. Which subclass to you is the best. EDIT 1: So far everyone seems to agree that the warlock's stormcaller subclass is amazing. For the unbelievers could you write down your thoughts for why they are not? EDIT 2: Looks like Stormcaller is taking the Title as best arc subclass. We have a few naysayers but it's not enough.
