Played with a guy about a week ago who had this in POE.
Was it you by any chance?
EDIT: He's on PS4. The guy I played with was on XB1. I didn't think anything of it.

You can check your recent games. You are going to have to go back pretty far, but if you can find him, you can find the Garrison.
