I was just cruising around the moon when I started hearing this weird low-pitch sound. I was at the area between Archer's line and Anchor of light, where there's literally no enemies. I heard that the low sound was an indicator of a piece of sleeper simulant being near, and that pocket infinity had something to do with it, so I took it out and basically started shooting at random places to see what happened. I hit a point on top of one of the rocks almost in the out of bounds area and pointed it straight at the broken satellite in the sky. Then something weird happened. Pocket infinity usually fires in rapid succession in its full auto mode, but this time it fired in slow, 1 second intervals. Then, after a certain point of me moving it around some more, it shot really slowly, then stopped at one anno left in the mag and didn't shoot again. It just stayed in place, looking ready to fire, but not doing anything. This is the exact way a radar works if you replace it from speeding up as you got close to treasure, to slowing down. I don't have one of the relics on me, so that was as far as I got, but please! Someone confirm this so I know its not a coincidence!
Edit: I'm uploading a video for proof. I'll have the link up shortly. You can even hear the low-pitched music if you have headphones on.
Edit 2: Here's the link- https://youtu.be/mPoGiODuTF8
Edit 3: So a lot of people are saying that the PI has a glitch where it shoots slowly if you shoot it at the sky in general. I tried it out, and turns out it did the same thing there as well. I don't know if that means anything, but I appreciate all the comments and advice you guys are giving.

Fusion rifles have projectile speed. The projectiles were in the air when you shot at the sky, so it didn't know if it should refund the shots or not.
-
So how can I go about obtaining a pocket infinity today
-
Bump for later pls.
-
But what does the moon have that other planets dont? Hmm let me think.....
Tinfoil
-
No, it's not. You experienced a glitch that's been out for a long time.
-
That happens whenever you aim it at the air.... I have had it happen, and EVER HEARD OF RECOIL?
-
Pocket Infinity's always done this. Its a glitch.

People are getting desperate trying to get SS. ~TheSpookyNike
-
So basically you found nothing? Awesome.
-
I'm gonna go shoot my Vex at the shy and make a video saying "Vex Mythoclast is a Elephant" and i'll be just as correct as you are in this post.
-
Here let me make up a story also for SS 1. Go to earth and kill everything in 1 minute 2. Go to Venus and jump off the edges into the water until you are able to swim 3. There will be a portal underwater to a dream 4. You will have to dance till arms day 5. Banshee wakes you up with "no SS quest here M8 and also keep dreaming for it SkRuB" THE END.

That humming sound is the planet sounds/music

I still can't get pocket infinity

I never saw that thing in the air. I'll check it out. Thanks for the input.

As a community, we're just pulling ideas out of our arse.

Dude, don't play Destiny with tin foil on your head.

Hello, is this a radar? NO! THIS IS A FUSION RIFLE!
-
Does this guy realise that's just the pocket infinity glitch?

There's actually a huge clue on a ghost I found. Tells us who the four sets of eyes belonged to and where they went. https://www.bungie.net/en/Forum/Post/159375277/0/0

As a user of the pocket infinity since the beta, that is something that happens to it randomly, it'll shoot fast for 20-30 minutes then begins to shoot slowly. Also if you fire the last round and hold the trigger it will stay Glowing.
-
No, the pocket infinity isn't a radar. >_>
-
Yes pocket infinity was originally designed as a radar gun....
-
I had this before long time ago glitch
-
Comment on my post so I can revisit this!! :$
