I said this in the Tarantula thread and I'll say it here again.
I smell BS with these guys. Something ain't right and it's fishy. Both guys almost sound like the same person.
Also suspicious, the guy with Tarantula ONLY has a Hunter and the guy with Garrison hard mains a titan and nothing else.
How convenient.....
The way they keep making posts about it seems staged and intentional.
My theory is Bungie gifted these two the armors in exchange for going to the forums and stirring the pot. Some warlock exclusive armor will be next to pop up. Bet my left ass cheek on it.

The guy with Tarantula also changed his story like 4 times last night on his live stream

Keep in mind, he could have gone live at any other point in the night again but I doubt he would change the story he's also put in writing in his thread. His initial stream, he stated he received it from an engram (on the 19th) after farming 15 coins on Scourge of Winter. While I will not say he's lying, he acted suspicious and even cut his live-stream short because he started snickering and just as he was saying "nobody will believe me" his stream immediately ended. The way he acted seemed highly suspicious, but that may just be how he acts while he streams.

The missions are in his PvE history. It's certainly not RNG unless they've set drop rates aggressively low, and that doesn't mesh with their more generous MO. It's also not a case of Bungie gifting it to these guys just to stir the pot. It's possible someone in Bungie showed them how to do it because they're friends outside the game, but there's no way to confirm that and there's no evidence to support it. Point is, these armor pieces are most likely achievement-based and the tiny number of people who have figured it out who have so far opted not to share how is a little suspicious and very trolly. But that's just how some people decide to treat information they alone possess.
