Help - Can't Use Suros Pre-Order Items

So I pre-ordered TTK on the ps3 and got the suros pack. I recently switched to ps4, and now I can no longer equip these items (namely the shader and the emblem). Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

I believe bungie decided not to due cross console transfers (upgrading) which I think is stupid
