I honestly hope the raid has a lot more to offer. Vog is still easily twice as good as kings fall.

Opinion, however Kings Fall has brought forward how a Raid should be in Destiny, everyone has to work together, not one guardian has all the work (crota swordbearer) If one person falls, then of course it's a domino effect. As the hardest activity in the game there is no room for error. As vog can be 2 manned, it can technically be classified as a strike. But with Kings Fall every single person has a role and that makes it way more strenuous and way more enjoyable then VoG. VoG will always be that amazing place we visited the first time. But the scale and scope of Kings Fall, especially the Oryx fight, will always be one to remember.

Sadly it is irrelevant, i still do it though cause it's the most enjoyable raid in game. Perhaps you haven't tried relic or something? I just don't understand how people can compare this raid to VoG, sure it's a great raid much more enjoyable then crota but still falls short in comparison to vog.

Also running relic in vog is one of the most fun experiences ever(only second to running sword), easily trumps jumping relic in kings fall. Don't get me wrong i really do enjoy kings fall, i just think VoG was and still is way better.

Jumping relic doesn't give room for error. You miss a platform, it's a wipe. It's not like relic in vog that someone else can pick it up if you fail or die. The platform jumper has the most pressure, failure or success depends on every run he makes... I really think kings fall is the best raid so far, but vog will always be my first. The first time vog you're getting overwhelmed by the adds coming from all every side, the bosses with their own mechanics. I truly hope that they revamp vog to the levels we are now and that it doesn't become obsolete. That would be such a waste!

Jumping relic is easIest thing to do in that raid. Everyone elses job is harder in my opinion. They have to worry about ogres, adds, black bubble and getting back to relic holder.

But if one fails, someone else can pick it up. If jumper fails, you can't just put yourself between dimensions.

Given that we don't even know how many secrets kings fall has yet, I'll give you that one. However lets not forget about the amount of exploring that can be done in VoG. Once you open the vault there is a shit ton of places you can explore just because.

When VOG went live I remember all the post about people exploring every possible inch and for months trying to find a secret chest. Then the myths surrounding the vault. And of course xylar.

Honestly have beaten the King's Fall raid a bunch of times. VOG is still more fun to me because it was simple. When I come home, I want to relax and chill. Not get in a activity where one mistake can cause wipe over and over again. People need to understand there is no raid that is superior or the best. It is opinion based.

Lol... Sentimantal value as being the first raid to experience has always a special value, but Kings fall is without a doubt the biggest and most team based one.

I think that's only because it was the first raid. A relatively new experience in an FPS. I'd say kings fall is the best raid just because of the teamwork that's required. It feels like a real 6 player activity. Unlike the other raids where one guy did the hard job and everyone else shot enemies.

VoG has almost no mechanics. So based on an analytical review kings fall is much greater. VoG only gets some actual mechanics at atheon and portals. Kings fall has it throughout.

Build the spire, protect the conflux, kill oracles, bring templar shield down, clense teammates, dodge the things in the cool cave, fun jump puzzle, build portal, grab relic run out and protect conflux, grab relic and support team while they kill oracles, while the other half of team opens gate and clear adds. Yea almost no mechanics.....

Most of the things you mentioned are just stupid, "grab relic and run out, grab relic and support team mates" it looks like you're just trying to make the list bigger. Seriously tho, vault of glass has no where near as many mechanics as kingsfall.

Very debatable is true I'll admit that, but still i think most people would agree vog is the better raid. Not to mention it had by far the best weapons in game and still does in my opinion.
