No! It's just as it should be. Hand cannons are high risk high reward. And I'm really getting tired of the "I keep getting killed by it" nerf it attitude. Get your skills up!

No it's the "I keep getting two shotted" nerf it attitude. Bet you defended Thorn too when it was overpowered. Don't come with that get your skills up either, because there's a ninety percent chance I'm better than you.

It only takes 2 burst for a pulse rifle to kill you and it's consistent but nobody complains about that. Hawkmoon 2 shotting you only happens when then perk kicks in and it's much harder to get head shots with hand cannons so it's seems fair and I see no reason for change. And you might be better than me but I'm cool with that cause I always have fun when I play win or loose.

This.. Id like to add though, the range on hawkmoon is terrible now and very inconsistent at range. Its only really strong at mid range now. The gun is absolutely fine the way it is.
