Does XUR engrams turn onto 310 exotics if you are above 300 light?
Question to you +300 light people out there that have purchased an engram from XUR. Don't want to waste coins if it drops at only 280. I will just grind strikes....

If you are 300 or higher than you have a higher chance of them turning into 310. It is NOT guarantee but you have a much higher chance. I bought 6 only 1 was 290.
