No, they shouldn't. The requirements for anything should be neutral. That way people can complete them in the mode they like to play.

Yeah but they want people to enjoy the whole game, it's only 25 sword kills.. How hard is that

If you already suck at Crucible? Could be pretty fukken hard. I haven't tried it yet. I am at that stage on one of my characters though.

But people do not enjoy Crucible. Like I said, neutral objectives allow each player to maximize their fun in the game mode/s they like to play. How hard is it....is that really relevant? Seems not.
