FINALLY?!Are we finally getting Iron Banner exclusive gear?!
I thought this day would never come!! The new IB gear looks so dope!
Honestly though... It needs to be on par with Raid gear. Same goes for Trials gear.

1 ReplyI'm pretty sure we'll have to infuse it to be able to wear it normally. But I agree with you about the Gear. The Titan armor looks amazing. And now it's a new color scheme.

It's too easy to abuse 310 gear from a vendor, you can just buy as many as you want and infuse it into whatever you see fit Additionally, you can't be certain that random players are going to be as hard as the raid, so you shouldn't go making it the easy way around raid gear

1 ReplyThey said the drops in the rewards screen after a match will be the primary source for getting iron banner gear and if you don't get what you want you can buy it. So the drops will (most likely) be based on your light level and what you buy will be 280 (maybe a little higher) The same way it is now with Vanguard and crucible gear. I'm more interested in the reforge system though. Luke Smith said in a kotaku (sp.?) interview that they are changing the way reforge works

It will be either 280 or 290, drops might be higher. Trails gear will probably be 290-300, maybe 310 idk but I doubt it

1 ReplyYou'll be able to buy it at 280, and drops will depend on your light. Ill bet you anything. But with infusion, im not sure how it would matter.

I don't think IB gear should be on par with raid gear, but Trials should be.

5 RepliesOr not. Definitely not since it's sold by a vendor. Should only be attainable by RNG like raid gear is. But bungie favors pvp with free loots. Pvp has no place in the end game. It doesn't fit with the lore and frankly makes no -blam!-ing sense.

2 RepliesMy thoughts are Equal pay for Equal work. Also Iron Banner better be RNG for every reward and no purchasing items if you want to be equal with Raid Gear.

2 RepliesTrials and raid gear should be the same tier as both are the toughest parts of Endgame content. Iron banner shouldn't as although it requires wins to get rep there are bounties that can get you there coupled with the buff
