How To Buff The Fabian Strategy (Titans, get your asses in here and read this)
Fabian Strategy. Titan Exclusive Exotic Auto Rifle.
Let's be honest, it's doesn't deserve that exotic slot. But read on, and I'll tell you ways that it can.
1: Change The Archetype.
Fabian Strategy is a Low impact/high rate of fire auto Rifle.
Let's change that. Make it an Archetype similar to Red Spectre, high rate of fire, with high impact. The gun is supposed to represent Titans, so make it hit hard with a good DPS output.
2:Buff the exotic perk. "Front Lines".
Right now, the perk is non-exsistant. Buff it so we actually notice a difference. Or if raising the fire rate would cause an issue, here's a replacement perk of mine..
"Front Lines: This gun grants bonus handling, recovery, and reload speed when enemies are nearby. Kills have a chance to refill the magazine.
3: Make life support proc just a bit more often.
Here's why. This gun's exotic perk requires us to be near the enemy at all times, so we need to stay alive. If Life support (kills have a chance to regen health) procs more often, then it will encourage players to make use of that and actually play the role Titans were meant to play: Tank.

I quite like Fabian, but when choosing an exotic auto rifle its hard to not choose supercell.

I would just like a tiny bit more range, and a buff to front lines

The gun does not currently warrant the exotic slot. It needs a buff of some sort. Sure, Mr.Fruit went crazy with the gun. To be fair, hr is a good player that was going up against some pretty horrible players. We've all had those moments of owning with a horrible loadout. Frontline does something in the way of a 1% dmg buff. It needs to be between 5&10% imo to be exotic worthy. I was completely underwhelmed by this gun. Love the way it looks and feels (yeah, we know she said that) Just can't EVER use it over red death, even most of my legendaries.

Red Spectre isn't high impact high RoF and Fabian Strategy isn't low impact low rof. Both of them are the middle class ARs for impact/RoF, similiar to Hard Light and Monte Carlo. Red Spectre's impact bar is just a visual bug. Deals exactly the same damage as other mid impact ARs.

I concur also, I'd add this: if you have a Titan character, allow the weapon to be equipped with your other toons (same with Ace of spades).

Bungie's idea of an auto rifle is flawed.

Front Lines is the only problem. It has no notable effect. Everything else is fine.
