Have the same one only thing I dislike is the 13 ammo.

Obviously. Shielded enemies are the problem with that.

I have that same scout rifle, perks and all. I'll level up mine once I max out my tlaloc

I got that rifle from a foundry order and then the gunsmith gave me that gun in rank 3 with the exotic class bounty for my hunter...talk about luck!
