I don't know about everyone else, but I love the raid. Perfect combination of puzzles and challenging boss fights. Took me and my buddies a week and a half to clear it. Once you learn the mechanics, though, the bosses aren't that hard. Even Oryx. We've got it down to a science now; cleared the whole raid in under an hour last night then did it again on alts. Did Oryx in one try, no wipes. It's a fun raid. Anyone who doesn't try it is seriously missing out. Hopefully after a couple more months pass and more players reach 290 light, we'll start seeing more clears. It's still relatively early. The raid has been out less than a month. Give it some time. As far as matchmaking....no. That would absolutely ruin a raid, and I hope Bungie never implements it. Most of the matchmaker strikes and crucible games I've played are completely silent because no one uses a mic. There are plenty of sites (including this forum) where people can look for other players who are taking the raid seriously enough to use a mic. Communication is EVERYTHING, especially in this raid. If you can't listen and communicate, you're not going to clear it, simple as that.
