It's low because unless u have 6people who work well together u will never do it. The tools for getting 6people if you don't have friends who play are also terrible and should have been implemented into the game. I love the raid and that I got to beat it with my buddies but at the same time it'd be impossible to pick this up play to level 40 and be ready for the raid as a new player unless your literally mlg standard at fps. They need to keep raids but they also need to make them accessible to all, it'll hurt players like myself who love the challenge but it won't divide your player Base with only the top few % getting the raids done and the rewards that come with it.
