Maybe because warlocks taught hunters to blink? I read that in a grimoire somewhere.

Correction. Hunters stole blink, the warlocks didn't teach them they stole the codes to stealth tech, and they stole blink, that's why they have it. Not actually sure about the stealth code stealing but they did steal blink.
