Can Not Access Taken King DLC on different Accounts
I purchased the Taken King DLC on my account and no one else can access it with in the same console

I'm able to content share with all profiles on my Xbox One without being signed in. I'm unable to share the game with other profiles on my xbox 360 unless I'm signed in. I purchased the content on both Xbox one and xbox 360. My kids enjoyed playing together on the 360 but are now unable unless either Bungie fixes whatever the issue is or I purchase the content again with each of their accounts.
