I think people are neglecting 2 things, the first one is on determining how the strength of the Guardian's light compare to the Force. And the second is the Guardians actual use of their supers. Ill start with the supers. People are saying that the Guardians will have to wait long periods of times to use their supers. However, I do not think this is the case. Sure while we are playing we have the 5 minute timer for super use. But same could be said for the Jedi when playing a starwars game. You can not use your force so carelessly without it having it run out and be forced to eait until you regain some force again. I believe that Guardians can actually use their supers as the Jedi use the force. If you think about it, realistically, if Guardians were really to assault thr VOG, the Hellmouth for Crota, and the dreadnought the Guardians are 6 against the whole army located in the respective locations. If they had to wait 5 minutes for super use they would easily be overrun. If you are looking for an in game example of Guardians being able to use at will, my best example is the Nightstalker subclass mission where you follow the trail of the ShadowShot. But I digress. Next, is how the powers compare with each other. Many people are saying that Guardians win or Jedi win, but how do we compare the powers of super with the force? Here is an example, lets say a Warlock goes into Stormtrance. When this Warlock does go into Stormtrance, what is his power relative to the Jedi/Sith? Are they closer to the power of Jedi Knight, Master, or above? Now bear with me. Lets say that the Guardians light is comparable to Jedi Masters, and they are fighting Jedi Masters. A Stormtranced Warlock that is on par with Jedi Masters can prove to be very difficult to deal with becauae they can force at minimum on Jedi to have to defend themself. E.g. Mace Windu and Emperor Palpatine. Now if the fight were with teams were even I think the first couple fights the Guardians will have the advantage. The ability to come back to life is a distinct advantage. However once the Jedi figure out how stop the ghost resurrection, the fight will become more equal. But these are just my thoughts. I mean come on guys guardians kill gods, youve never seen a jedi kill the conflux of freakin time or go into other dimensions and obliterate gods. If guardians can resist the powers that those deities can exert on their wills im sure that guardians can resist jedi mind tricks

I could lean towards guardians...but if it was 3 SITH vs guardians it would be game over for the guardians.

If supers are charged, then guardians would win...Golden gun would destroy the hilt of the saber and another hunter could suppress there ability to use the force. Titan could pop bubble and warlocks could have self rez ready

A lightsaber can block blasters, and the like, but are useless against balistics. Slugthrowers in the sw world were their worst enemy, so advantage for guardians there, but jedi precog and reflex gain an advantage on their own. As for the rest, jedi had powers to disable, or destroy machines, just as easily as humans, so exos wouldnt be a trump at all for the guardians. Depending on the force users way of going, (jedi/sith) they might have specialized abilities to knock someone unconcious, or kill them. If all 3 guardians are asleep, and cannot wake up, nothing the ghost can do about it, so win jedi.

If the three guardians were equipped with year 2 gallys they would wreck the jedi...oh wait.
