Since you haven't learned how to or made a game. You have no room to speak. When you learn how to program and code a game please come back and enlighten us. Sometimes when fixing shit more issues pop up so goodbye you are now invalidated (:

I most certainly have room to speak, not everyone is a professional at everything. I have my profession just like everyone else, and it isn't making games. That doesn't mean I should just lie down and let the game designers be lazy. Games played just fine without patches before the internet came along, and they were better when they released because of it.

The one thing you don't understand is that when it comes to any major online multiplayer game such as this, bugs, glitches, exploits, and unbalanced things happen regularly due to say, expansion releases, opening future content, networking and communication coding, weapon/armor stat + perk balancing and so forth.
