Lol raze-lighter? Really?
So, after researching the exotic swords at the end of a grueling knight killing, hilt smacking, sword fighting, mat farming, ability killing, week waiting, boss killing epic quest... I hope I'm not the only one who feels disappointed that the solar exotic sword feels.. lacking compared to the other 2 options. Arc? Mow down enemies in a line at a distance by throwing your sword in a freaking jedi-esque manner! Void? Get ready to link it up with your very own master sword spinning swipe that leaves death around you! Solar? Smack one target harder than your normal swing... yay... IMO the raze lighter is a let down, it had the potential to be something great, like idk slam the sword down to create a solar Shockwave in a cone in front of you. But no, we're forced to hit one guy. Once I get either of the other 2... the raze lighter will have a nice happy home in my vault.

The Raze Lighter is insane, my brother one shots a ton of enemies, even through non solar shields. I love my Arc sword, but can not wait to get Raze.

Nearly every boss on court of oryx can be destroyed by raze lighter, definitely my favourite sword

You dont like 1 hitting level 42 arc shielded, yellow health taken centurions? Lol ohwell I guess raze lighter doesnt float everyones boat but hell......I have all 3 exotic swords anyways.

I have 2 of em and have used void on my friends account. Raze lighter is the best imo

It has high damage, there all situational: -Solar: High single target dps that can hit multiple targets -Arc: Long range attacks for targets that you need to keep a distance from -Void: Small enemy clearing They all have uses, don't complain about a sword when haven't learn all its applications. Don't ask what could be, ask what could I do.

5 RepliesYou haven't completed kings fall you won't understand the kinghts you have to kill. Raze lighter kills the vessel in 3 swings. Each sword is different you're just using it wrong :p

Have all 3 of them, void is by far my least favorite I use solar almost all the time on majors and bosses with armor of light and arc on any thing else that requires being at a range. Black spindle was easy to get with 3 people using phoenix uppercut on the boss we had 3 minutes left on our timer.

3 Repliesi think you are not factoring in the two perks more super on kills ALL kills not just the super move plus there is more damage perk that lets you hit harder than the other two swords this sword is great on a titan with ruin wings or warlock OM build but hey keep on hating it i dont care but i really think you will miss it once you have the others

The solar sword does the most dps. I don't know why you wouldn't like it lol.

Pretty sure arc sword is a sonic boom and solar sword is a shoruken.

Dude, I can kill almost any taken champion solo with this sword and bubble. So plz get good ;) it's a gjalasword :)

I only have the void one, so I can't say if the others are better. What I can say is Dark-Drinker is a beast on adds. It mows them down with ease.

Simple: If you want a super strong weapon for PVE then go with Raze if you want a stron sword for PVP then DONT

2 RepliesQuick 2 shot on vessel of oryx in raid fight. One Phoenix followed by one normal attack. Teammates love how they don't need to focus on him as I'll have him dead in a matter of seconds.

The arc one doesn't mow enemies down in a line, it stops at the first target it hits, but I does have an area damage effect where it hits

3 RepliesEdited by Clashman513: 10/2/2015 12:57:16 PMI was able to kill 2 psion flayer bosses with raze before my friends killed 1 with both arc and void exotic swords. Try out some dmg buffage combos. You'll be surprised. Razelighter FTW!
