No the raid cape stays the same . Also the only good is the exotic from dead orbit . Also Taniks is funky looking cape I like it . Maybe the flyers if you want to look like a fairy .

see, i agree. I don't like any but the dead orbit. People go on and on about them damn flyar ones and I think they look goofy.
