You are supposed to turn Armsday orders into the Gunsmith, not the Cryptarch. Trying to claim an order from anywhere but the Gunsmith deletes the order.
Deleted orders won't be returned.

Ok those dudes obviously don't know what the f*** your talking about, the same thing just happened to me, I was at the cryptarch turning things in, before I went to him I saw no indication above banshee for anything either, so after turning on the engrams, I was curious to what I had so I opened my menu to see what I got them I scrolled over to the order which was still there and upon hovering above it there were two options (Xbox one) "a" and "x" , ps4/3 would be "x" or square, but there was no text or anything there so I'm assuming the both of us automatically pressed "a" or "x" to see if that would give us our order but it just disappeared... That's what happened and I'm a little upset rn aswell

I didnt clam it , there was no indicator or promt turn into the gunsmith. I was turning In blue ingrams , and while still at the cryptarch I entered my inventory deleted a blue special, an then I hit x over the omion order and it disappeared no like it would if you put something into the vaut.

There is no marker telling you to go to the gunsmith when your order is complete. All you need to do is go talk to him between wednesday and sunday the week after you order. Hitting x on the orders in your inventory deletes them.

They have to include an option for you to delete them in case you change your mind and need more room in your inventory. It is not a bug, it's a matter of you not fully paying attention to what you are doing. For future reference, if it comes from a vendor, it has to be redeemed with a vendor. Only exception is bounties.

That makes no difference. Let me put it into simpler terms for you: doing anything with the order packages from the inventory screen will delete them. Order them and don't touch them. End of story.

I was completely unable to turn it to the gunsmith , what part do you not to understand .Other people have had the same issue. I was asking a question there no need to be rude .

There's no need to do anything more than walk up to banshee as if you're buying telemetry or ammo. Once you press the approach button it starts offering the gun order options. Sorry you've had problems, no real comfort maybe but the current Omolon sniper order is a heck of a lot better impact than last weeks.

It's been this way since day one. That's how the IB rank glitch worked. And if you knew they had to be turned into the gunsmith and it wasn't working, why the hell would you try to turn them in elsewhere?

It is a bug when a vendor (Gunsmith)dosent allow you to turn in an order when your supposed to. Get off my post and go retard somwhere else.

If you were already in the tower when the reset happened, you had to go to orbit to allow the vendors to refresh. It's the same with Xur. If you are in the tower when he's supposed to show up, you will have to return to orbit before he will load in. So you are the one being retarded here. Dumbass.

I'm telling you it is not a bug. If you are in the tower when the daily reset happens, the vendors don't refresh as it can't refresh an occupied world space. Since the vendors couldn't refresh, "armsday" technically hadn't arrived. If you would have went to orbit and then back to the tower, the vendors would have refreshed and you would have been able to redeem your packages. Do I need to put it in simpler terms for your small mind or is that enough of an explanation?

It is pretty obviously a bug. On PS4, square deletes. Even if you hit X, which is normally select, on it nothing should happen. It shouldn't be deleted or disappear into the void. If I hit X on it prior to Armsday, nothing happens. Why should something new happen just because it was completed?

Yeah it did, I was trying to figure out where to turn it in. Went to gun smith no interface no prompt hit x on the order in my inventory nothing. So I thought Cryptarch? So I go to the crypt hit x on the oder It disappear s like it was sent to the valut.
