Because you're not supposed to? It's a Tank super, it should take a little more than usual to take it down.

does far too much damage for a tank super. tanks by nature are supposed to soak up damage, not deal it.

A fair point, but still I don't see why everyone cries about this super. I kill them just fine, you can't rush then like you do a Bladedancer though.
