Court of Oryx = sad face, sad face, poop emoji

Yeah. You read that correctly. I said, "😞 😞 💩!" And not because of the Court of Oryx itself. I actually think this is one of the best pieces of new content in the game (I haven't done the raid yet). But the CoO makes me sad because when I initially saw the Bungie reveal video for this area, I thought it was going to be a bustling hub of activity and bewonderment. But 9 times out of 10, when I finally arrive there it's a ghost town. Even if I bring a fireteam, rentals are never around to help out with the Tier 3 stuff. We just stand around waiting... then leave unfulfilled. It's sad. And when this place is alive and thriving, it's some of the most fun I've had in Destiny. So... why does NOBODY play the Court of Oryx? EDIT 1: I've been getting a lot of great responses. Here is one tip for getting more people at the CoO: Walk there, don't sprint—and this is why:
"The neat thing we also do during these transitions is matchmake you to a new networked game. In order to meet new strangers in bubble B, we start matchmaking for a new host at the 10s mark, and are ready to seamlessly swap you to the new game when we perform our bubble swap. If we don’t find a suitable bubble to match you with by the 5s mark, we abort matchmaking, which gives you enough time spin up your own standalone bubble (that other strangers should eventually join)."
