I was wondering which class you thought was the least helpful for the raid.
Edit: Wow lots of Warlock hate.
Edit 2: Wow 2000 replies! Thx for all the opinions.

All classes are good if you have a good team

4 RepliesHow dare you insult the master race like this? #warlockforlife

After a few clears there is no bad class for the raid, imo having a nice variety makes the raid way easier
-
1 ReplyWarlocks are helpful, you guys just don't know it. Ever seen how you get tons of orbs ? Nova bomb+Vortex+Obsidian mind+ Juju Ever seen that there's no Ads?Warlock stormtrance destroys them. Ever seen your fireteam saved by a flaming person with wings?MORE WARLOCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WARLOCKS DO HARD WORK!!!!

4 Replies*sees results* And here I am thinking sunsingers were the irrefutable third-best pve subclass (behind defenders and nightstalkers).
-
They are still great though. You just need to know how to use them
-
They all have their own part that they do well. But until everyone is properly leveled a Titan or Hunter is almost a must have, especially for teams at or under 295. Once everyone's in the 305-310 none will be "needed" and you'll be able to do it with whatever classes no problem.
-
How does it feel to be called useless, you cheesing bastards?
-
5 RepliesTitan=weapons of light usually needed in most boss fights Hunters=shadow shot can increase DPS warlocks=???
-
After doing the raid many times, there is no bad class. Hunters are great for giving DPS buff with shadowshot Warlocks can maintain adds with stormtrance Have you seen what a titan can do to poor old warpriest with one hammer of sol?

I voted warlock but tbh Bladedancer is most useless. Hunters make up for it bc Celestial Nighthawk for gunslingers and shadowshot
-
They all have their place everybody knows this
-
Sadly Warlock, I hate to admit it because I main warlock
-
4 RepliesI main warlock. Sad :(. I don't even use self Rez for it /:
-
Naw each warlock sub class has a place to shine in the raid, I find my self changing my sub class a lot in the raid.
-
Actually last night during the raid one of my teammates called out that we were going to get teleported when in fact we weren't. We all died and were about to wipe until the warlock self rez'd and managed to stay alive and then revive us all. Super clutch moment. But they can also make orbs and clear out ads.

2 RepliesEdited by Shade622: 9/29/2015 10:32:17 PMAs someone who has mained a warlock since the beta, it pains me to say that it is warlocks. Clearing ads and stunning majors with stormtrance is about it. None of the warlock subclasses have anything to increase dps, or offer protection like the defender bubble does. Still, locking down every ad in a web of lightning and making orbs isn't a bad thing.
-
They have have their ups and downs. But honestly, I don't remember anyone asking if they had a warlock during the raid. Only time a stormcaller came clutch was during the Sisters fight. He would activate it as soon as the flash went away and did mob control.
-
6 RepliesThey're all useful. Just because we don't give a damage buff doesn't mean that class is useless. A dps class doesn't suck because it can't provide heals.
-
All classes are viable in any raid
-
For all warlockvoters. You just met the wrong warlocks.

6 RepliesSuppose the biggest question is whether self rez would actually help. Put them in the most dangerous spots since they can self rez. All this is assuming hard mode And i can honestly say, only slightly. 4 people can die at the warpriest (3 possibly if you have a fast spotter). But at that point you are missing a lot of dps. In this encounter, sunsingers should be the ones to gain the aura, since if they make a mistake or end up in a bad situation, they can self rez and you still have 5 people on dps ( after aura swap). Golgoroth, id say the self rez is not useful at all since hard mode is going to no doubt require a shit ton of dps. Possible make self rez the gazer? Meh. Daughters fight, self rez could come in pretty handy. Since only 1 person can die, having people who can revive could be useful, same with oryx fight. But dieing is still something youd rather avoid. Tl;dr. Okay in warpriest. Meh in golgoroth. Pretty good in daughters/oryx.

Edited by Dman2143658709: 9/29/2015 11:53:19 PMAll useful Titan - bubble. Need I say more? Hunter - nightstalker, Golden gun Warlock - Rez yourself instead of waiting 30 sec
