I was wondering which class you thought was the least helpful for the raid.
Edit: Wow lots of Warlock hate.
Edit 2: Wow 2000 replies! Thx for all the opinions.

As a Hunter I like running with Titans so we can really put out damage
-
all are nice except blade dancer, void walker, and striker
-
All are very complementary to each other in the raid. It's well thought out
-
25 RepliesTitans= WoL (or hammer w/ sunspot build for high dps on warpriest) Hunters= Shadowshot with blackhole. Celestial nighthawk helps too. Warlocks= ???

Edited by KCChiefsfan53: 9/30/2015 2:31:35 PMOnce you get teams of all 300+ hunter and Titans buffs will no longer be "needed". Hell currently a competent fire team can stagger oryx without any buff. In hard mode, self rez will rain king like always.
-
Warlock ATM but not when hard is out
-
Warlock is fgt
-
Strikers. Everything else is fine
-
I tried last night for the fist time and got to the first boss before ppl started quitting. It just say I wouldn't want to be anything but nightstalker so far. The ship jumping part I just changed to boots of aeo* of whateves

5 RepliesSunsinger warlock for war priest (solar grenades are champ), voidwalker for Golgoroth (clear cursed thrall) and storm caller for deathsingers/Oryx (to clear adds). Warlocks have their place.
-
Hunters can provide a damage boost against bosses. Handy, but not essential. Titans can provide a damage boost and a safe haven. Handy, but not essential. Warlocks can clear add hordes in the blink of an eye (and spew out orbs so the titans and hunters can do their thing). Handy, but not essential. Each class has its uses.

All classes are good and have a good fit were needed, Warpriest - bows are good, bubble with weapons is good and stormcaller quickly handles adds and creates orbs for rest of the team. Golgoroth - again the bow is really good to get in extra damage and to tether thralls, Bubble for weapons and Stormcaller can take care of thralls and taken when they spawn while in the pit. Daughters of oryx - class doesn't matter, just get the orb an shoot. Oryx - Bubble for weapons when shooting oryx or when inside the dome, hunters can use bows on ogres and shade of oryx. Warlocks IMO at this point should run Sunsinger with radiant skin, I use this and pop it when killing ogres to get lots of Nades and to create orbs for rest of the team.

As a Hunter, I think all the classes are valuable during the raid. However, I do think the ideal breakdown is 3 Titans (one defender, two sunbreaker), 2 Hunters (both nightstalker), and a one Warlock (stormcaller). Ran it like this through Golgoroth last night and it was pretty damn smooth.

Make another with subclasses.

2 RepliesEverything is useful, besides bladedancer
-
All are useful
-
Did not vote because they all have use in the raid. Whomever thinks one class does not, is using it wrong.
-
-
All classes have their place people
-
78 RepliesI wouldnt say the warlock is useless, id aim more towards hunter. Its simple, this raid has A LOT of jumping and lets face it, hunters have the worst jumping abilitys out of all the classes.
-
4 RepliesI find it hilarious how many people vote warlocks when I'm pretty sure you're playing with raid stormcallers. Self res still is boss
-
Not really an class is bad, but hunters and titans surely help. The hunters tether works like a charm, and when a titan punches something it has that same tether effect. Plus ward of dawn is still dominant.
-
All the classes are really strong, the Warlock hate is OP.
-
2 RepliesWarlocks just don't have a damage increase to bosses like hunters and titans do right now. So while I main a lock I can admit they just arnt as good in pve currently.
-
I'm just going to laugh when all these shit talking hunters and Titans die due to one acolyte , then it's an instant wipe
