What is the worst Class for the Raid?
I was wondering which class you thought was the least helpful for the raid.
Edit: Wow lots of Warlock hate.

Not which class, but subclass rather. All classes are useful for the raid

This should really be subclass. All the classes have a good raiding subclass now, so really we should be talking about that. Also as for subclass I would say striker Titan, or gunslinger hunter

people hating on Warlocks, but yet i did the raid last night with a full team of Warlocks and got right up to Oryx no real issues.

Warlocks will probably still be useful in hard mode for Oryx.

It's not Warlock hate, it's just that their subclasses are the least useful to the fireteam in the raid.

Warlocks aren't bad for the raid but none of their abilities this time around are that useful. A ward of dawn or melting point built, and a nighthawk gg or shadowshot are far superior than self res.

I think warlock are just fine. My team and i had 3 warlocks, me being one of them and beat the raid in 2 hours.

Ok so this post does make a point but it is not evidence that that a curtain class is weaker then any other. Lets start with hunters Ok so the hunter is fairly op for this raid if you have a good shot and a hunter how like team work. Nightstaker is the boss damn increase you want so when it is warpriest you can always do critical damage. Golgoroth (sorry for the butchered spelling) again you want it for damage but also to stop the cursed thrall from exploding you. Now you want your hunter to have golden gun and celestial nighthawk for both daughters and oryx fight Titans have always been a necessary class for raids because of there bubbles. You really do want to have a titan to increase dps if you have problems but they arent supper necessary this time. Finally we have warlocks. I will not be the first or the last to say this but warlocks are only semi-useful this is because of the fact that selfres isnt as usefull because a statice effect kill takes just a small part of your super away. But warlocks now shine in the ad killing machine department with the right subclass layout you can have a warlock generate enough orbs to keep your nightstakers on full super plus of you have the perk on shadow shot that allows orbs to spawn on tethered kills you can generate almost infinite super for both so they have a place you just need to find it. Now if any of you have other use that my team has come up with please tell me

2 RepliesI main a warlock, but the supportive capabilities of the warlock are limited compared to shadowshot and force barrier. I play all 3 to be fair. The self rez is handy, but this raid isn't like the last 3 where you can get easily run over by mobs if your a man or 2 down. There are almost 0 situations where you can't wait for the 30 second timer to be up and go grab your teammates. I love my warlock to death, but he isn't the greatest for the raid

While self res is still amazing to have, supers like GG(with nighthawk), WoD(with weapons), and Shadowshot, hell even Hammer of Sol, out DPS warlocks on bosses by a lot. Still, that self res tho.

I voted warlock but I don't think they are useless at all. Storm caller is excellent for clearing mobs quickly which has to be done many times throughout the raid. You can also never do wrong with a self res guy

I think a post for subclasses would be more informative, but yeah, Warlocks are pretty useless. Nova bomb might be okay for taking out the Ogres, and Storm Trance for clearing adds.

3 RepliesIt's not Warlock hate it's just they don't bring anything to the table. Titan bubble is extremely useful as is Hunter tether and shade step if you are the ogre gaze puller.

I would like to ask the 18% who said hunters HOW IN THE HELL ARE WE USELESS we make it so war priest and golgoroth is easier while letting people go invis hell with gunslinger and nighthawk were still useful so I am looking forward to hear how were the most useless
