Baring the raid ghost, and a quest line fusion rifle that I infused into my Titan shotgun, I got a legendary handcannon that was 297, used it on my auto rifle. As of late though the highest any rare or legendary I get is in the high 260's when my light level on my titan is 298. Frankly, I'm getting kinda annoyed at that.
