Tips for Balwur. Week 3 court of Oryx.
So i ran balwur with a team at reset. Here are some of the things we noticed.
1. The floor is lava. The only default safe zone is under the platform. Balwur will stay up top. The green energy will hurt and slow you.
2. Enemy spawns consist of ultra acolytes, knights and cursed thralls.
3. Kill the adds while standing under the platform at the start. Killing the acolytes will make the middle safe from the green damaging field.
4. Balwur and his acolytes do not have elemental shields so nothing is super effective. Shields similar to crota's.
5. Once in the middle you have until the next acolyte spawn to shoot Balwur who is up near the portal. Cursed thralls will come from all sides.
6. He moves around a lot. Backing up to the far edge of the safe zone will help get a better angle if he backs up.
7. Snipers rip through his health. Weapons of light and nightstalker super combined give you the ability to take him out in one go with 4+ people.
8. Once defeated you will get a new calcified fragment.
Hope this helps anyone trying to beat it. Its not too bad overall we probably ran it 10 times. Sorry no video, i was not recording during it.

this was even easier than some of the tier 2 bosses. I could not believe it was teir 3 until I summoned one myslelf. All I got from nightfall was a bullshit Antiquated rune so might as well put it to use

Of note, killing the first acolyte opens the middle, killing the second opens up the back part near the wall on the side where you activate the court , and killing the third opens up the rest of the area until the next time acolytes spawn

Rush her and knock her under the platform, killed her like 4-5 times last night

Just do it normally but if you have: RAZE LIGHTER A SUNBREAKER TITAN W/ MELTING POINT A FRIEND WITH AN AR You can have your friend kill her shield and make sure it stays down and then jump up, hit her with melting point and just wail on her with Raze lighters uppercut. She will die in one go if you do it right.

Easiest one so far. 1. Run to middle under platform 2. Turn and kill the major 3. Run to middle which is now safe zone after killing major 4. Kill major at front where you jump down from start to me another safe zone 5. Kill majors on either side of the court to make more safe zones 6. Shoot the wizard 7. Try not to get killed when knights spawn (wizard = 50% health) ish 8. Shoot wizard some more and kill it. Less than 2 mins with 5 or more ppl. No problem.

Important to note that each acolyte hangs out in a different area. One removes lava from center, one removes it from back middle, one from back left and the last from back right. Key is to kill the middle one, then keep rotating killing the back three which clear lava behind the short pillars for cover. Much harder to die from wizard spam. If you can have one person focus adds and acolytes with a sword the other two can focus dps with snipers. Each time add person kills an acolyte have them just call out which zone to rotate to.

Here is a tl:dr version 1. Stand beneath platform 2. Shoot things till dead 3. Shoot wizard till dead 4. Wizard not dead? Go to step 1 untill wizard dead [spoiler]sidenote: i know it isn't flawless english, i made it as a small guide/partly a joke because i am tired and i'm trying to sleep but just can't[/spoiler]

My team just rushed her and hopped on the platform using supers, did like 50% damage like that. Then just finished her off the normal way.
