Can someone be banned for using the titan hammer exploit in pve?
I know for a fact that if someone does the exploit and throws 50 hammers in pvp they can get banned but I'm just wondering if it's the same punishment for pve like just having fun in patrol or seeing how fast strike bosses can get killed when they get hit by 50 hammers.

Nobody can get banned for doing it in any game mode, including crucible.

You should be fine although keep it as non beneficial as possible if it looks like you're benefiting they will ban you and try to keep the fire team friends who will not report you

I do te glitch in pvp sometimes but you don't get banned it's only of the other team reports you like about 4 out of 6

14 RepliesPeople shouldnt get banned for using an exploit. Pve OR pvp. Exploits are different than cheats. Bungie screwed up (again) no reason to punish the people that purchased their faulty product.

4 RepliesI'm wondering??? Who's to say it's a glitch? Lol. It's not even really an exploit. It's button mashing. No mods, modded controllers, or anything. As far as I'm concerned that's an in game mechanic put in place by Bungie for the sunbreakers to use. FYI, you don't have to stand still, you can get good at aiming the hammers while walking around :)

Naah. It's not our fault they failed to properly test a product before releasing it. I'd never use it in PvP. In PvE anything goes.
