yea no idea why would i cut the cooldown of melee by HALF?
theres this thing called melting point it lasts about 5 seconds
even 600 str wouldnt be enough
grenades are worthless on everything but striker, EVEN THEN INT/STR IS BEST ON A STRIKER, IF THEY DONT SUCK TOO MUCH C0CK
