Suros Aresenal pack not working anymore
So I got on destiny and wanted to change my shader like any Guardian does every so often, I wanted to change it to the Suros Minimalist because it looks awesome but I couldn't because it said "requires Preorder Exclusive" which I had pre-ordered the Suros arsenal pack so i went to uninstall and reinstall just to see if that worked and now I cannot download the Weapons Pack and Suros Arsenal pack without purchasing the bundle.

This. Bungie's response to reinstall is a) irresponsible b) wrong c) impossible d) they clearly haven't tested it themselves e) they broke it, we shouldn't have to do squat f) you're giving bad advice to a general public where this will only make matters worse by cause a full reinstall (all 19 gigs..) Only to not fix the issue.
