I tried Googling it but it took me to the Box Set page, which is downloads for Mac only.
Can someone tell me where I can get Forge and Anvil for Windows?

Pfhorge runs natively on OS X Macs. It is essentially a reincarnation of the original Forge but with several options added for Aleph One MML and LUA integration. Pfhorge works well, but I prefer Forge myself as it has a more intuitive interface and was what I made maps on back when people made maps for Marathon (that said Pfhorge doesn't seem to have as many bugs as Forge does, and its visual mode can display a higher amount of polygons than the original). As for Windows based editors go, there is Obed which has been mentioned above, and MapEditorOne. I have no experience with MapEditorOne, so I can't offer any advice or recommendation for it. EDIT: It seems that Pfhorge has been taken off-line for some reason. I've uploaded a compressed copy (.sitx) of Pfhorge to RapidShare, which can be accessed via the first link in my post. EDIT #2: To address the Anvil issue, the only Windows based Marathon physics editor I know of is PhysicsEditorOne (in case you were wondering it was created by the same person behind MapEditorOne). Again, I have no experience with the program (I'm all Mac, all the way), so I can't say much about it. [Edited on 06.07.2009 9:23 PM PDT]

The original editors were only released for Mac OS (pre 10) and the source code has since been lost. There are Mac OS emulators out there which are quite capable of running both, but they require either a copy of the installation disk or a BIOS image.

There are no windows versions. but Obed works fine for M2 maps.

Forge and Anvil are not compatible with Windows. Obed, which is the editor for Marathon 2: Durandal on PC, can still be found on Battle Cat's Marathon page.

I don't think you CAN get them for Windows

I heard Forge was an old Marathon thing that Bungie brought back to Halo 3 as an ode to hardcore Bungie fans.

I don't think Forge and Anvil never made it to Windows. Back when I did Marathon mapping on a PC, the only choice was a nagware editor called Obed, which is probably still out there somewhere. I know there were a couple of new cross-platform editing tools being developed, but I have no idea what state they're in now.
