Why do warlocks get a EXOTIC ARMOR FOR BLINK but not hunters?

No but really why? its not like blink its only for the warlock....

The warlocks taught the hunters to blink. It makes sense that they would have the ability to imbue armor with the potential to strengthen their blink.
