SUROS Pre-order shader and emblem no longer working after hot fix.
My equipped SUROS emblem and shader are no longer working post-hot fix, and are grayed out, saying they require pre-order (which I did). All other DLC content functions normally.

Same thing on Xbox One. No option to download again, can't equip it says for preorder only in game.

Same here. my exotic cloak/bond/mark and shaders from the collectors edition arent working either. Mine was still working even after most of these people posted, but then i took the game out to play something else and now its not available. dunno if something happened in that time the game wasnt in the console but its not working now. As these other people, i love the class items and shaders, oddly enough i wasnt gifted my vanguard weapons either but maybe i didnt order the right version.

Same issue for me too, just logged into destiny today, several days after hot fix and now shader and emblem not usable and the marked by bungie comment that they marked as the answer to this issue of going into game library and redown loading does not work, there is no option to do this so bungie take note that this is not a fix to this problem YOU have created!!!! Fix it please for US coz WE payed for these things and now can't use them! Many thanks :-)

Same problem. Was fine earlier today, I get on just now and no, am locked out of them. Same thing happen to a friend of mine a few days ago to. And to note you can't go and reinstall it cause it come up "bundle only" so until you address this problem we have lost access to them.

Am not able to reinstall the preorder bonus suros emblem or shader now after uninstall, following the advise bungie has marked as an answer to this issue has resulted in me losing my shader and emblem.....BUNGIE ARE YOU GOING TO REPLACE THIS FOR ME AND ALL THE OTHER PEOPLE WHO HAVE LOST IT??????

Some reason mine started working again just a moment ago. I just went off destiny for a bit and came back on and they work now! No idea why. I didn’t remove anything or try and reinstall (cause was bundle only so I didn’t do anything.) So maybe Bungie/Microsoft did something. Or maybe this will stop again. Just thought id let people know.

I'm on Xbox one. Uninstalled the suros pack and now can't redownload it as its part of a bundle!!! Help! Stupid!!!

It does not give an option to download again. Bungie please correct this. I like the shader and the emblem but i now can no longer access them. i did pre-order the taken king and I'm beginning to feel cheated.

1 ReplyI started another thread about this before I realized there was this thread (my bad). I have the same exact problem on Xbox One. I noticed when I first logged on yesterday it said something like "Corrupt or Missing DLC." The game and dlc content loaded and I did not lose any progression with the Taken King content, but my Suros Shader is locked now. I closed the game out, re-loaded the game and the shader is still locked. Bungie, your marked fix to this solution is not working. Please correct.

18 RepliesI had the same issue all you need to do is go to your game library on the Xbox press the menu button than select manage game and it will show you the pre order pack ready for download, re download and your all set
