Because it's fun? Golden Gun on the hunter class still kicks ass. Plus I need the throwing knife kills...Arc Blade is meh :P They reduced the little shield it had to nothin now. Although QuickDraw & cloak is a big reason why people still use it. Night stalker? Well it's not the best PvP super. Sure it's fun as hell & can be very useful! Just some people would rather just run the GG since ya know 3-4 shots + Combustion = Profit. Also, the perk that gives the Shadow Shot 3 shots instead of one is overrated. Looks cool but it's slow & people usually miss a shot or two...it's more efficient to use the Golden Gun.
