Can I ask, why in the hell, did the vanguard need to send us guardians to get a hidden stealth drive that is guarded by fallen (more importantly an echo of oryx) to approach the dreadnought without dying to the super weapon, when we could have just made a giant ass hole in the side with a ship like the cabal did? I mean, for god's sake, they didn't care at all! The first thing I see is the god damn cabal ship, and we go through all this trouble to board the damn dreadnought. Eris' ship was destroyed anyway, so why not just crash the damn thing into Oryx? He stands out in the open balcony of his ship anyway, moping and pledging to take every being in the galaxy. But no, lets risk a life to get a god damn stealth drive that should be hidden in the tower in the first place. Really Cayde?

How do you exactly expect the Vanguard to 1)Find something big enough to ram into The Dreadnaught. 2)Get something big enough to ramming speed with all that debris. 3)Get that same "something big enough" CLOSE ENOUGH to ram (if you didn't notice, that weapon can kinda be activated at a moments notice (that ship would be LONG gone). 4)The Cabal didn't ram the ship until we took down its defenses. 5)Cayde-6 had no way of knowing that Taken would be on Earth, nevertheless Oryx's Echo. If you're going to complain about something, it should be the lack of difficulty destroying the weapon. Oryx himself should have been guarding that thing.

Cabal crashed after weapon was disabled or else it would've been blown to bits

He didn't know the cabal rammed their ship into the dreadnaught. Besides the cabal were in a suicide mission.

The cabal only crashed into the ship AFTER we disabled the main weapon. Crashing things into the dreadnought didn't work for Mara, now did it?
