I wonder why in the crucible a titan's shoulder charge can kill with one blow, whereas a critical hit (headshot) of a hunter's throwing knife can't. Personally it doesn't make sense since it is far more difficult to hit a guy at his head with a knife. It isn't even realistic, moreover accuracy should be rewarded with more damage, but it seems that in destiny world just running in front of someone and punching him in the face deals more damage than a burning knife thrown in the eye. I'm not saying that shoulder charge should be debuffed, however, bungie should at least fix the throwing knife so that it will turn out to be as lethal as the shoulder charge. Does anyone agree with me?

Completely disagree

Throwing knife doesn't need to be charged, therefore it is weaker. Plus it has sick range. Just put a few rounds in their body and stick em in the face

It was one shot kill in beta and people complained. I agree with you though. Each character does have a one shot mechanic though. Titans is shoulder charge, Hunter is the back stab and warlock is the mele with burn. I guess that's how they figured they would balance it.

I agree that the headshot should be a one hit kill - at the very least when flaming knife (I forget the skill's name) is applied. And not because shoulder charge is a one hit kill - just that it's hard to do and wouldn't make Gunslingers OP.

4 RepliesWell, swing how you can have 2, and if you shoot them at all before throwing the knife your are bound to kill them with a headshot, I think it's fine.

7 RepliesJust blink from the shoulder charge. Not hard.

If you have burn on usually it will

Meh 50% of the time shoulder charge misses. Plus throwing knife has range, next all people will complain about hunters
